Privacy policy
PS Archive is a community archive of Pettit & Sevitt homes. We collect and display only what is needed to document and celebrate this architecture.
What we collect
- Address and listing details — street, suburb, style, year built, condition, and similar factual data for each home.
- Images — photographs of homes, submitted by the community or sourced from public listings.
- Submitter email — when you submit a home, we store your email so we can contact you about approval or follow-up. We do not publish it.
How we use it
Data is used solely to run the directory: to display listings, filters, and the map. This is a non-commercial, community heritage project. We do not sell or license your data, and we do not use it for advertising or third-party tracking.
Requesting removal
If you are the owner or have a legitimate interest in a listed property, you can ask us to remove it or change how it appears. We offer complete removal, image-only removal, or address anonymisation (suburb only). Use our dedicated form to submit a request:
Cookies and tracking
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Session cookies are used only where necessary for signed-in admin use. Browsing the public site does not require cookies.
