A fine example of the classic Pettit & Sevitt Lowline, sitting on a generous north-facing block with original raked ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glazing to the rear. The open-plan living and dining area flows directly to an elevated timber deck overlooking a native garden. Original exposed brick feature wall, Garchey kitchen waste system intact. External cladding has been repainted but all original proportions and materials are preserved. One of the best surviving examples in the northern beaches area.
